Petrelintide is an investigational long-acting amylin analog from Zealand Pharma, studied as a once-weekly injection for weight management. Two published Phase 1 trials reported a body-weight reduction of up to 8.6% over 16 weeks and a half-life of roughly 10 days. Gastrointestinal events were mostly mild, though one participant left because of them. The Phase 2 trial, ZUPREME-1, enrolled 493 people and has finished, but nothing is posted on the registry and no peer-reviewed report has appeared, so the strongest public evidence is still Phase 1. Petrelintide is not FDA-approved for any use and is not sold as a medicine or a supplement.

It also matters who ran the test. In-house results come from the seller's own lab; an independent third-party lab has no stake in the result, so its COA generally carries more weight. Look for a named testing laboratory, a batch or lot number, and a test date that lines up with the vial in hand.
